The Directors are pleased to announce that the Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2019 has now been posted to shareholders.

The Annual Report includes the notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held at 32 St George Street, London W1S 2EA on Wednesday 25 September 2019 at 10.30am and a proxy form if shareholders’ wish to enlist a proxy on their behalf.
